I look and perform like plastics
My injection and blow molding grades meet the same properties as conventional materials while preventing (micro)plastic pollution. I can be processed in any machine size and within typical temperature and humidity ranges. Customers and service providers do not need any special machines or equipment to process me.
Recycle me or use me to nourish the soil
I can be designed to remain stable and resist water up to 75 degrees. I work well in a closed-loop. But even better, I can be identnified by NIR spectroscopy in the recycling sorting process. If I am littered into the environment I rapidly dissolve and biodegrade, leaving no harmful substances like microplastics behind. I even support soil regeneration. The unique combination of recyclability in closed-loops and biodegradability promotes resource re-use and a sustainable end-of-life.
I am filled with agricultural waste
By using feedstock from food-waste I am an innovative and sustainable material. Our customers may enrich me with their own left-over waste streams to build own circular loops.
NO CHANGES NEEDED.
We replace conventional plastic in standard molding machines.
