I am full of air & light as a feather
I have as little as 20% of the weight of paper filling solutions. We compared crumpled paper and CAMM® air pillows as void fillers in a standard shipping carton (600 x 300 x 300 mm). The carton filled with CAMM® air pillows weighs only 20% of the one filled with crumpled paper.
I love heavy weight & stay in shape
I am much stronger than conventional plastic air pillows. I resist heavy loads of up to 100 kg and enable products to be packed and shipped safely. I provide maximum functional performance while using as little material as possible. I deform elastically, adapting to changing loads. Other solutions don’t adapt as well, leading to the movement of packed goods.
Just throw me into the paper-bin
I recycle easily. The unique combination of my fast dissolving and biodegrading CAMM® material with paper provides high quality recycling of more than 99% of my paper fibres. In the paper recycling process, my CAMM® sealing and barrier layers are washed away leaving no harmful traces behind.
